ok as we're nearly there thought id put up the details,will add to them over the next few days by editing the first post with details and Al is kindly going to make up some maps for people.

so to start with times

inverness retail park beside the vue cinema,meeting point for all convoys from

9.30 for departure at 10.30

during this time you can get a starbucks/pizza hut/burger king/tesco on hand or venture out to burger vans or for fuel

12-12.30

arrival at mid day break,have spoken to the hotel we're stopping at and soup and sandwiches will be available for those who want or you can take a picnic with you. departing at

1.30

arriving at the skye bridge around 2.00 with a brief pause if possible for a pic

3.00-3.20

arrive at Talisker distillery for tour,tasting if you want and piccies

tour is £5 per person for those that want to

4.30

depart distillery for Portree,arriving and dispersing to our assorted accom around

5.30-6.00

7.15

converge on prince of india for tea and a few swallies

sunday

10.00 meet at a point arranged on sat night,departing for the sights of skye aiming to be back at the bridge for

1.00-200 followed 20 mins later by a stop at Eilan Donan castle for tea and pics

3.00-4.00 arrive back at A82,where group can split to north and south heading for inverness or fort william and the south!

if anyone wants me to pick up octane booster from awd this saturady drop me a goat,id gues at needing refuelling twice outside vpower stations,depending on how thirsty your car/driving style is!

I'd say about 8am at B&Q car-park in Elgin. That should give us plenty time to get organised and head through to Inverness for 9:30... Maybe a bit early for some, but just think of the guys heading up from central belt in the morning

But i've got vibration coming through my steering under hard braking so hopefully i'll get it sorted before we leave or i'll just stay back at sensible pace

Not sure if he'll get a chance to post here today.. I beleive he's flyign down south to pick her up today.. He still wont tell me what it is but sounds like he's got plans for it! Rich! You may have competition!

I'll hopefully get a sneek peek before the Skye trip, but I'll probably have a restraining order set on me so I don't tell anyone

If my car makes it i am going to need some octane booster. Is anybody buying some to bring with them? I have never bought it before and i am unsure if hypertech sell it. If they do then all is well, if not can anybody thats going get me a couple of bottles and i will square them up.
