thewelsho Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 Nice! Will be ordering one of those diffusers in the next couple of days... been waiting months for HT-Autos to make one! Looks excellent, really finishes the back of the car off. I hope it passed FIA regulations Now I want one too!
paul555sti Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 Looking good, i always wanted one of those when i had my bugeye wagon.
scouk Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 (edited) Channels the air flowing under the car to give you more stability at high speed.. Also increases downforce by giving the base of the car a smoother surface and adjusts the airpressure difference to the air goign over the top of the car.. Bottom line: From those that have one fitted.. It's made sod all difference! it's just there to look pretty.. I still want one if the cars were a inch or two off the ground like a F1 car, it may make some difference.. Edited April 3, 2009 by ScoUK

wulsey Posted April 3, 2009 Author Posted April 3, 2009 been following this group buy but redundancy forced my hand other wise.what was it like to fit? those are some nice pics. It was really easy to fit & its also a good fit. I fitted mine with black rivets with washers on the back rather than the sliver bolts supplied by HT autos.
buffalo Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 did you remove the bumper or just jack it up? do you think it would fit with an angled exhuast
wulsey Posted April 3, 2009 Author Posted April 3, 2009 I removed the bumper, but it could be done just jacked up. I would think it would be alright with an angled back box as it just comes up to either side on the box, not around it.
scouk Posted April 4, 2009 Posted April 4, 2009 Well, ordered mine last night.. WIll post piccies once fitted.. GOign to try and do it with the bumper in place.. Also will probably just paint the heads of hte screws to cover hte silver..
htautos Posted April 4, 2009 Posted April 4, 2009 This diffuser is also being developed to suit the classic
