hammy131 Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Hi could you all give me some input on the best place to go for alloy wheels? I am looking for a set of 18" wheels for MY03 WRX blobeye!
cullenmin Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 I've used www.potn.com in the past for inovite alloys, I think they were about the cheapest at the time. Worth a wee look mate Rich
paul555sti Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 It depends how much you are looking to spend and what type you are after. These guys are worth a look and you can try wheels on a picture of your car to see how they look. http://www.rarerims.co.uk/
Joe G Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 I got mine from DP motorsport in ayrshire. 18's inovit st6s for under 600 quid with tyres. http://www.dp-motorsport.co.uk/
oobster Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Skidz in Falkirk are quite good - reasonably close to you too.

Also if your looking for tyres try R-Tec, as they often have great prices for Parada spec II's etc. Iain

hammy131 Posted March 13, 2009 Author Posted March 13, 2009 Thanks for all your advice and input I am going to Skidz on Saturday to get the new wheels fitted! I have decided to go for 18" Inovit Evos in Gunmetal polished rims lol!
C_WRX Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 Yip, I got a good service and price from Skidz when I bought my Rota GRA's & tyres last summer - although it was helped ever so slightly by the Rota distributor messing up delivery, great customer service response from Skidz !
RS Grant Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 Bought from Rare Rims a few times and never had a problem... however, been to Skidz in Falkirk as well and no complaints there either. Cheers, Grant
