t3hWIT Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 Finally, after a few months of everything but editing and posting pictures. I promised Grant and Imy that I'd post them in the Scottish section, the general community can go searching for them. There's a ton of photos, but I uploaded them all to my Flickr page. http://www.flickr.com/photos/t3hwit/collec...57607414009344/ Day 7 through Day 10 are in Scotland. Enjoy! P.S. Big thanks to Grant and Imy for showing us around Lanarkshire amongst many other things, and to Welsho for offering us transportation in the first place. Your hospitality really made that second leg of the trip worthwhile.
micra_wrc Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 good pics Shaun forgot that you sampled the delights of the OSIDC establishment
ANDYJDMSTI Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 Good pics.........glad you enjoyed your stay!!
marky.t.s Posted November 6, 2008 Posted November 6, 2008 some nice pics there Shaun,it looks like youre prodrive visit was a bit more relaxed than when i visited in august,a thousand or so other folk turned up as well, what were the chances of that happening then eh????? . it's good to see other SIDC members from around the UK showed you some hospitality, and even the cops let you take their photo ,thats something that could have earned you an orange boiler suit and a trip to a sunny holiday camp on the gulf of mexico! Neil (4Hero on sidc) almost got nicked for taking a pic of a burger van that was 'too close' to a police van. glad you enjoyed youre trip mate.

What better a way to meet local Subaru owners than to crash their weekly gettogether? Good pics.........glad you enjoyed your stay!! Thanks dude. some nice pics there Shaun,it looks like youre prodrive visit was a bit more relaxed than when i visited in august,a thousand or so other folk turned up as well, what were the chances of that happening then eh????? .it's good to see other SIDC members from around the UK showed you some hospitality, and even the cops let you take their photo ,thats something that could have earned you an orange boiler suit and a trip to a sunny holiday camp on the gulf of mexico! The Prodrive tour was excellent, it was one of the 3 main reasons why I wanted to come to the UK. Quite a few CADS and SIDC members helped out with the planning and organizing of the trip, and I can't thank them enough for that. I didn't think I would be allowed to take pictures of the police, especially in the Glasgow airport but they shrugged after I gave them an explanation. Let's just say police in the US don't wander around with automatic weapons on them. I think my mom's jaw dropped to the floor when she saw them. That picture of those two is the second highest viewed picture in my account, second only to this one: http://www.flickr.com/photos/t3hwit/2066512855/ Edited November 6, 2008 by t3hWIT
