cullenmin Posted October 29, 2008 Posted October 29, 2008 Rich is this what your after?http://forums.sidc.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=90569&hl= Thats the ticket, thanks I wondered about the wide arch kit being a WRC one. Does anyone know where I may be able to source a real WRC wide arch kit for a Type R? (these are probably well expensive but something I want to look into) Rich
st3ph3n Posted October 29, 2008 Posted October 29, 2008 It's not a kit though. It's real panels. You'll have to make love to Dave Richards.
the squiggle Posted October 29, 2008 Posted October 29, 2008 I prefered the Millenium Falcon I now it may upset the Sergeant Major but the Falcon was a real proper Subaru with no frills and a brutal driving experince that gave me a proper hard on for the full 10 mins that i was allowed to experience the Falcon behind Dastek. The Cobras were already heavily stained by the previous owner so there was no way Callum would have noticed the evidence of my sexual excitement after i handed the keys back with a huge grin and a spent look in my eye. I miss that car
cullenmin Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 It's not a kit though. It's real panels. Yes I know, didnt mean to sound like it was a bond on job. Real panels like the Gobstopper

Does anyone know where I may be able to source a real WRC wide arch kit for a Type R? (these are probably well expensive but something I want to look into) Rich Harper Rally in Ireland have built up road cars in the past using parts from their WRC cars. However, if using genuine parts, it will need loads of work to get it all to fit properly. Been looking into doing a hawk-eye version, but that will need custom front wings made. The WRC cars are just too wide compared to the S9/S10 and also the rally wings leave too much space above the tyres no matter how low you go. David
cullenmin Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 How different is the 22b bodykit to the WRC version. I take it they are totally different in that the WRC kit needs to be wide huge arches to allow it to go gravel stages with higher suspension setup etc.? I presume a 22b kit would be really hard to come by and also be very very expensive. Rich
