Best advice - make as much noise as possible arriving at the dealership (cruising up in a gear too low and screeching to a halt all help), don't browse around the forecourt, just walk straight in, nod at the Scoob and say "I'm looking for something quicker". Suggests you mean business. Got me a drive in a new Mustang recently (quiet weekend, had nothing else to do!). Sadly, I'm not 20 though so not sure it will work for TWAS.

Broken down already has it?

Will he be getting the 'I bought an Evo because Subaru's kept on beating my chaved up Corsa' sticker?

I used to like them, but I could never lower myself to buy one now, - not after reading most of their opinionated trash spouted by all the newcomers from the last 3 years or so.

Its amazing how many GSR owners think they are holding the car on the corners and not the rear diff computer

Its the car doing the difficult bit, not you!!!

I never needed a Bank Statement to test drive new STI

But, I did bring the wife and kids to get their opinion on interior size.

'Dad, this is well slow compared to YOUR car- LOL'

I did need a statement for the CaymanS I took out the other day though! - No kids obviously..

A guy at work has just took delivery of the 330 model. We went out for a play, it seems very undergeared and underpowered, my classic kept up with it! He says he was trying but i feel it should have got away from me, he is not so impressed with his 25.5k now as he was when he first got it!

I find it strange that its only 5 speed it is desperate for that 6th gear on the Autobahn!

Another guy has the EVO 9 HKS 360 and that is ballistic compared to the 10! Much better car all round imo.
