Can hear the bikes coming down the Creg from mine, and there is a lot up there by the sounds of it today.

Mine hasnt turned a wheel!! Just mega wash,looks proper now but will be full Zymol Cleanse n Wax tomorrow

And maybe finish the garden orf, bought a new Karcher and been pressure washing all the patio and paths etc etc

I have a severe case of the Monday blues this morning, made worse by the fact this is my first day back at work after 2 weeks off [:'(]

On the flip side, spent yesterday morning fitting an STi top mount and some new drop links I got from Dave K. []

Well, i have the videos now, but can not upload them as to long ( 11 & 13 minutes ) so any ideas on editing software to reduce etc etc?

Have tried the Windows Movie Maker but it does not appear to upload all of the vid

But at least i know it works, so if anyone is going on a trip or wants to borrow (Hire!!) the kit it's here

Just spent the last few hours out in the garage fitting my new STi style front splitter.

Looks sweet and in the plain black plastic for now, it really compliments the side sills and rear corner pieces.

Glad you had a great holiday John, maybe see you Sat morning up Jurby if you are free, not sure who else may be coming.

Had a great morning up at Jurby on Saturday, car ran sweet and we were well and truely mixing it up with everyone else on track, other than the Noble and the silver Evo 5 there was not much on track to match the scoob.

Was talkin to Dave K about the lowering thing on Saturday, the suspension is totally standard at the moment and you dont really feel the roll on everday road driving but on the track it feels like the wifes Megane. I think a set of Eibach's are next on the shopping list. []

Did you take the video you were watching or was it online? I would like to see it.

You should have come over and made yourself known instead of hangin around the toilets, it would have been good to meet you and put a face to the name.

Evening dudes [] This will probably my last post.. Just got the car back tonight after 13 horrible days. Because it was a euro import, we were not able to have a courtesy car, or to claim for a hire car.  We've have just spent £150 of car hire just for 3 days.  One day of that was to get James to his 7th birthday party on Saturday. And after spending £300 on our 12 year old family pet to get rid of a problem, we were unable to get to onchan for a much needed emergency after treatment.  Instead we were landed with a £50 return taxi fare, with our cat, that came back in a towel wrapped up after having to be put down because we had no transport to Onchan when she needed it.  In all it cost nearly £500 for the vets, which you don't mind when treatment was working, but the last part which could have saved her was delayed due to not having the car because we couldn't get her to urgent treatment straight away.  Well done Barry Curran and well done Subaru for outstanding service (add copious amounts of sarcasm). You WILL see my car on a forecourt soon.  Fully serviced and ready to go.  We will be seeing you all but in a different vehicle. Our views on here do not reflect on the guys here on the forums. Sounds like you have had a right torrid time of late, sorry to hear about your cat dude []

It seems like we hear nothing but bad stories at the moment about aftersales at Subaru dealers around the country. After the praise they had in the JD Power Survey in past years.

You dont have to thank me for the lift offers mate, that is the way I am. If I can help someone out then I will always do so.

Got our car back today after they sorted the rear wheel bearing - which luckily for us was under warrenty - but then the ****** handed us a bill for £75!!  I was kinda like, wow hold on there - its covered, we don't have to pay a penny - but it turns out it's because they took over an hour to remove the locking wheel nut!  Can you believe it????  Even johns started to say now that we won't be getting another scooby again   That garage really is taking the piss in a big big way!

Dudes !! I though that was Johns car when i picked mine up.  Anyway, i have already done a deal with mine, and i have the scoob till next wednesday. By the way, Peel is doing Vpower at 95.9 at the moment. I have gone from one extreme to the next, and got myself a..............? Not telling, but its much bigger and slower and can hold all my bikes etc. Its black with leather, 4 wheel drive if you want, and has quite a bit of bling on it. I think Richard may have had a version at one point.

We will still be here anyway, even though were not scoobied up. Its not for ever, and im sure i will be back behind a missile again.[]

I would suggest you write direct to subaru uk customer services,

if there trained subaru mechanic (is he still there?[]) could not do the job in the allowed time, tough thats there fault.

Think i will stick with Holdsworth @ wigan
