alright guys just a quick question have any of you tried out that bp 102ron fuel yet because i have just noticed that the sell it in a bp garage in queensferry

I run it in my bike as the bike will not run on anything less than 101octane.

and the BP garage i get mine from says its 103ron.

Works brill but expensive. Not sure its worth filling 60 litres of the stuff. that would be 60 x £2.98 per ltr =178.80 to fill the car!!! works out to about 60p a mile in fuel alone!!!

For a litre? If I put stuff like that in my car at those prices, I'd expect it to sprout wings and fly!!!! And then be offerred shares in BP. This just pushes performance motoring to new levels of stupidity.

nah I'd be inclined to agree there, your more than doubling the price for a few extra octane... methanol is WAAAAAAY cheaper...

And 60 litres? my car will only take 50... and that's when its really empty...
