Abingdon Tesco at OX14 1TU - A34 / A415 junction

Airshow details at http://www.abingdonfayre.com show the entrance is only half a mile away to the North West

If you have TomTom then download the POI file from http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=POIs - go to Recreation then down to Motor Racing Circuit - the airfield entrance is in that collection. If you have a different Sat Nav, the same site has other formats, you just need to select the Other option and get a csv file downloaded instead.

Thame is off our route, but could make an Esso at Bicester - OX26 1BT - meet if others will be there just after 8:00?

Cheers, David

Hi David

Me & Kerry will meet ya there at 8 !

heres hoping for good weather

You can always hope ...... post-9994-1209807761.gif

BBC weather site currently looking not good at all :- http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/ukweather/midlands/#no_url

Rain should hit just before 10:00

Really bad about 12:00

clears by 14:00

temperature holding at only 13 / 14

quite a big change from what they thought a day or so ago, so just hope there is a bit of a wind shift and it comes right on the day. Cloud may impact on some of the flights too, so hoping the organisers still get a great day and raise loads of dosh.

I noticed that too - I think the town tables must get updated manually / less often as that's more like yesterday's pretty weather map suggested. I think it all ought to fall on Swindon before it get to us, but you may not agree :rotfl::lol:

They look to have revised the midlands map forecast since my post - now suggests rain starting at 12:00 and absolutely hammering down at 16:00 - bound to change again before we get there

http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/24hr.shtml?id=2939 is worth watching by teatime tonight.

If it's a lovely day then we're just lucky - if it pours then we all blame Craigy :iagree:

sometimes I feel like it all does pour on Swindon :iagree::rotfl::rotfl:

by tonight it will say tomorrow will be 30 degrees and not a cloud in sight :D

however you are right - if it rains then its all Craigy's fault :D
