Would that be the Esso station on the left as you leave the town for Glasgow? About time they replaced the nodding donkey pumps in there Still got half a tank of 96p stuff floating about in there but cant boot the car due to it being 3 month old and probably has a Octane value in the low 50's
corsa Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Yeah thats the chappie, considering we spent over £1m decontaminating the site the ground was full of contaminated fuel!! We all slate the Oil companies for their prices but within 15mins of finding all the contamination we were given the all clear to spend a Million clearing it up!!

thefastone Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 It would be crazy for the government to raise duty on fuel any more, they really would feel the power of the people then... the level of taxation on fuel is already way past greed, to raise it any further is suicide!

Thing is tho the goverment really dont care about anyone as long as they get there bonus.
scouk Posted January 15, 2008 Posted January 15, 2008 FYI - Keith station was 109.9 for V today... Could be wrong but I think IanC wen't past when I was filing up 3:40pm. Got a beep from a silver hawkeye wagon anyway
