Hi All, Just put a deposit down on a Subaru Ver3 Type-r. Just looking for a couple of pieces of advice. Mainly looking for someone trustworthy and reasonably priced in the area to service it was also looking for someone to lower it a touch. It has been serviced for the last 6years by falkland performance. Once ive learned to drive the thing i might be brave enough to show up at some events. Dying to track it but I suspect my driving abilities aint quite up to the performance of the car just yet

Hi mate, I'm also in the Livvy area.

I use Nobles Subaru for servicing, just for the dealers stamp, not sure if they would service yours.

However I also use Extreme Motorsport in Whitburn for my modding needs and they will service your car etc...

Nice car you have coming ;) My car looks like it has had all it's work done at Falkland too but as I am new to Subarus (but not the jap car scene in Scotland!) I'm also looking for good places to work on the car.

I always used The Garage in Wishaw when I had my FTO as Marc knows jap cars inside out, having modded a LOT of the good and the great you may have seen at Crail over the years :frosty: His own Skyline was an 11 second car.

Alright Mate, I hunted all over the country for one and ended up getting one from a guy up in Muriston. Its on autotrader just look within 10 miles of livvy and it comes up not quite figured out how to put pictures yet. Not sure about the lights but Im sure once people see it they will make sure I have no scooby fashion no no's. E.g. I actually do own a burberry hat, will I get lynched if I turn up at a meet in it? I Live in Eliburn near to the Deans Bp garage so im sure you will see me around, U all need to tell me what u drive so I can look out for you. This is going to be the best xmas ever!

That's a rodger, you will get lynched.

I drive a black 56 plate STi, tints and some gold wheels.

p.s. please dispose of your cap, make it a new year resolution or something.

Ill add that to the list right after quiting the Buckfast. Im planning to pawn the sovvies for mods anyway and the misses wont let me wear my tracksuits any more.

I where my Burberry hat no matter what the weather. My 24 ct chains (feel the weight in that) can get a bit burny when it gets that hot though!
