Wrc Spoiler For 04 Sti

Hi Guys and Gals,

Gonna look to change the spolier of the car to a WRC type, looking for some expert opinions of which one to get and also where to purchase it. If you have any idea's or thoughts please add your comments.

Yeah, don't. Up to yourself of course, but I don't think they look good with the standard bodykit, you pretty much need the full wideboy look to compliment the beefier spoiler. Each to his own of course!

Yeah I know what you mean fella, wondered if anyone had done it and had a pic, seen John Marshalls 07 car with it on and it's looks really good, would be perfect with the wide body - but one step at a time I think. Cheers for the link.

Yeah, ANDYJDMSIT has this done, and it looks awesome. but as you say, one step at a time.

fully agree with john, andys is one sexy MUTHA of a car, the pics dont do it justice IMO, in the flesh and its astonishingly nice, last i heard it was up for sale

Only looks good on a 'proper' WRC-look car. Perhaps AndyJDMSTI might sell you his car if he can bear to part with it.

TSL Motorsport sell blades to fit in the oem spoiler to make it look like a wrc item.Cheaper too.

Thanks for the advice chaps and chapasses, looks like I will stick with the spoiler that is on it - although I did see an 04 on the net that had not been modified apart from the usual and the WRC addition and it did look quite good - but don't really want to spend £750 on something that looks "Quite Good"

I think that the likes of John Welsho's car, I think it might suit, but I really think that it depends on the car.... I dont know if it would suit a plain car really, with the exception of Andy's car, because he has done all the work on the rest of the bodywork...

In this case, the front end, side-skirts and the graphics help accomodate the larger spoiler in that picture at least. So it's still not really the norm. It's too far away to really say for sure though. I do like that orange look!

not sure about it on that car, looks like the spoiler is set too far back...? if it were fitted the same as say an STi8 spoiler.... then that might be the nuts!
