Well folks, thats the next mod in a long list done!

Got the tints done earlier this week by Tint Tec in Falkirk. Perfect job at a great price :icon_rendeer:

got the tints all round but these are slightly different (you know me ) in that they are a film that gets darker in daylight/ bright sun and go lighter at night .

Handling is SO much better now that its properly set-up. a few Whiteline products and a pair of strut braces to add once I get some cash more together

So to answer your question " is that it finished?" eh dinnae be daft

also, was meant to be going to Mr F on the 17th but the Mrs Saab needed some £'s spent on it so unfortunately that will have to wait until 2008

Not sure if he has mapped one before but its the exact same set-up as the 2.5 Hawkeye WRX so, will work the same way

£220 for 7 windows mate! pre-Christmas discount so your car should be a few £'s less. if you want the guys number let me know.

Looks well smart!

But to burst the bubble a bit... I'd rip off the tints on the front driver/passenger doors asap!! They are illegal and the police crack down on it heavilly!! Fine, Points, Car taken off the road, forced to have new MOT before legal again! Not worth the risk mate... No matter how good it looks..

It has actually been checked with the meter (contacts :icon_rendeer: ) and because its the "polaroid" film was meeting the necessary requirements .....in the same way that Police motorcycle visors do!

I'll take the risk

It has actually been checked with the meter (contacts ) and because its the "polaroid" film was meeting the necessary requirements

Not sure I'd trust that.. Looks about the same level as mine were .. Police pulled me on the spot, check light level just below threthold by 2%. Wasn't nice... But I've had my say... Just speaking from expereince..

I stand by what I say in that it's looking really smart though! :icon_rendeer:

Cheers, tbh they do look a good bit darker in some of the pics. In the "flesh" they are not any darker than a car with a decent factory tint. you would really need to see them in the flesh tbh.

will be getting the up-pipe and downpipe replaced, bigger turbo and bigger intercooler (hopefully), and 255lph fuel pump etc...

that should see us above the 300horses plus a good few lb/ft of the finest torque.

Then, .................................. who knows but I'll be finding something :kerstsmiley:
