You need to upload them to something like photobucket, then when adding a message, click on the "Insert Image" button just below the Fonts box. Then insert the URL of the image and it's done

I am in south London :-)

its an imported 1996 Sti wagon .. i Love It!!!!

it seems to have developed a bit of a blow inteh exhaust (which is standard) so i am looking for a new one,

Any recomendations on both exhaust and fitter(s) ?

This is how she looks today .... new wheels, bov, exhaust, filter, serviced etc etc
