The planned route starts and ends at Port Talbot doing a loop round the Brecon Beacons and surrounding roads. Some of the views are stunning and there are plenty of photo opportunities along the way.

The complete route is 151 miles and there will be a stop for lunch along the way :thumbup:

Meeting point on the Saturday 19th August Leave @ 10am

  • Premier Inn
  • Baglan Road
  • Port Talbot
  • SA12 8ES

A detailed route map and instructions will be given to all participants on the day.

I cant wait for this one. It has some amazing views and very good roads, many of which you may have seen on the  OLD Top Gear :D

Hi Chris, I have added you to the list.

There is a slight change to the route. It will be starting at Port Talbot instead on Swansea.

Hi all, a newbie here. Some of my favourite roads included in this loop, abergwesyn and the roads around llyn brianne(?) Are superb. The black mountain road is quality aswell. Ill probably attend if i can

Not long now!!! Car is out know running sweat as a nut wow? great job for the guys at pole position definitely recommend..... she is READY for this one......... ?

Brilliant! Can't wait!! ? can I double check, we're okay to bring our will be 12week old aren't we?

I might be bringing my 70year old dad if allowed? Ex lombard rac driver he can still pack a punch ? old and the new happy days?

Just been browsing on google earth. I used to go to aberystwyth university and would frequently drive some of these roads back and forth to home in south wales. Back then it was a 1.2 clio with an induction kit! Cant wait to try with an extra 240 bhp and 4wd. Really looking forward to this.
