Looks like some light at the end of the tunnel, been informed by Neil at Scoobyworld (think he's head honcho) that the spoiler is now at the drying process and will be collected by them tomorrow for despatch Thursday and (hopefully) delivery Friday.

Now reading this really does f*ck me off ! Evilsoup, did you get yours painted ?

It's getting that way Craig, I appreciate sprayshops get busy but that's over 3 weeks they've had it now, i've never had to wait that long to get accident damage repaired !

Latest from Scoobyworld: Hi We are very sorry, we are extremely busy at the moment and the sprayshop are doing their best to keep up with the demand. Unfortunately, your goods are still not ready but we will chase again today and keep you updated. Not much consolation now the paperwork has come in fron the Finance company and i'm now losing days on my agreement.

You know my views on local input Craig [] Might be a good idea about the bikers thing, like you say wouldn't want to step on anyones toes, but the offer of help can't hurt eh ? Wonder if they'd be willing to do a demo day or something similar ? Say for a flash of yer SIDC membership card or exchange of a few bawbees they can let us see Kev actually doing some WORK [] Nah seriously, an open day or something similar, where we can go along and have our cars looked over/advice given/questions asked, maybe get some photo opportunities in the latest Scoobs, discounted servicing/MOT's on the day, that kinda thing. Maybe a bit much Craig, but do you remember Imy and Rosie spoke about us setting up a Santa Cruise/Charity type idea up here ? Could maybe ask T & C if they'd consider sponsoring it/getting involved/giving us a loan of T & C advertised Scoob for publicity shots, etc if we got something up and running ? Be good potentially for them and us.

Am I now being unreasonable to think someones taking the p!ss ? At the fourth attempt I finally got a reply from them on Wednesday which said they were hoping to collect the spoiler from the paint shop that day for delivery on Thursday, or Thursday for delivery on Friday and they would contact me when despatched. Now here I am at 2.30pm on Friday and still b*gger all. Taking into account the f*ck up by the finance company (no fault of Scoobyworld I hasten to add), that's now one day short of a month i've been waiting for a Spoiler and a 3 gauge pack. Funny thing is i've used Scoobyworld in the past with the minimum of fuss, always been excellent service and I don't think i've ever seen a bad word said against them, maybe i'm just unlucky in this instance [*-)]

Here what your saying Imy and yer bang on, must admit I didn't know what to expect when I went to my first meet, didn't know anyone from Jack but now we got a good wee group going, great bunch of folk who always up for a laugh. Just feel more locals could maybe make the effort, even to get talking on here, always seems to be the same folk all the time. Hopefully they'll see the pics and vids from the likes of Alford/Autocross/Fintray and will feel it's worth giving a try, they'd be more than welcome. They can even here how good Craig's car is, AGAIN !!! [] Only joking bud []

Ok just to update: Plan is taking in stages 4 (Clashindarroch) and 6 (Gartly). Plenty time for a nice wee run up the road, get there in plenty time to get a good spot.
