I'm with you on that but I think even 55 is too fast for it [] - take the left off that road and head down towards Ely and there is a lovely sweeping road that makes up for the airborne moments [H]

I wouldnt want a garage to scrub my car clean - quite happy to clean it myself so that I can see the stone chips etc. Least that way, any swirls are mine []

a bag of ice on the intercooler would do a similar job - if it is just for the piece of paper that says 300bhp on it why bother going to all the hassle for 3 bhp? Just lie like everyone else []

pump the tyres up hard and get the engine red hot then dyno it again - it will be over 300 All for free too []

Hi Chris - the only time dictate is the fact that the list is filling up quickly - we have 16 confirmed runners already Glad the harnesses went in well, they certainly make it easier to control the car IMO. []

Guys - the date is set.... and early details are: Wednesday 13th June 2007 venue: Snetterton Race Circuit (lovely smooth tarmac) Time: 5.30pm to 7.30pm cost: to be finalised but no more than £50 ... will confirm shortly There will be sessioned time on track, instruction/guidance, circuit walkabout and opportunity galore for some safe fun without holding any faster cars up. The evening is beginners only. Kim - We have a strong relationship with Snetterton circuit management and MSV as we have a club nights there each month along with various other events that we run there. I should have the date confirmed in the next week []

Hi Steve Not got that sorted yet but the thinking at the moment is that this will be an evening event mid week possibly in May or June. I am trying to get the costs down to less than £50 so that it is easily budgetted for.

As soon as we have organised the date with the circuit manager I will get the details posted. I know my wife Rachel is looking forward to her first time on track driving (in my car .....[:S] )
