  1. as above and a used STI titanium coloured oil filler car(replaced with blitz) dawes device has never been used, its split new, make me an offer if anyone is interested, having a clearout in the house and it would be helpfull to get rid of this also have hard wearing seatcovers x2(landie type) they are a bit tight on the sti seats so i am selling them, they are only a couple of weeks old cost 24quid each new double bedstead, wrought iron and pine with wrought iron leaves on it, looks nice, been lying in the house a while was meant to be for the spare room open to offers on everything Ta gordon
  2. it only took about 30mins to fit both, not a big job
  3. in the rear seat left hand side mount on the seat bracket mount right hand seatbelt mount
  4. i have an hks induction kit, one problem i have is heat....it really needs boxed in, so i am in the process of getting a carbon box developed (i will keep you posted) but it does sound good, and works well with the remap
  5. ok i will take a couple when i have woken up properly, give me a wee while, it is sunday
  6. good morning, i am just oot ma bed, away to make a nice big brekkie and chill oot all day and watch the gp
  7. yes all hoses were the existing seatbelt mounting points, stephen i bought luke harnesses they hav hooks that you can disconnect and remove them in 2 mins, i didnt want to loose the rear seat so i an unhook them if i need to. i can take pics later if it will be any help to you guys?
  8. or....if you have iso fix conect the rear ones to that
  9. i bolted mine in where the rear seatbelts mount, the bolts/mounts you get with the harnesses will screw right in, as for the sides of the seats again i used the existing holes, the only thing i had to do was make 2 small slits in the carpet, i have also left in the original belts for when i am running late in the morning and cant be bothered with the harness
  10. yup in sunny kirrie, if you want a demo of the afterburner just give me a shout, i was in perth today as well oh and big up JC for the heads up on the way home
  11. I have an afterburner, its pretty good and the power claims are right, and i have a dyno graph to prove it, sounds great and when coupled with the h&s decat its pops and flames all the time
  12. yeah there is quite a few up this way, f you want to meat up i am out in dundee most of the time, with shep, hos and greg who isnt on here, ave a good laugh and bleather, if you fancy coming over we are out most wednesdays in the bell street ncp...level 3 its away from all the neds
  13. i thought i had already put my name down, i will come
  14. 3.9 vogue is good, but again its a landie, if you get one that hasnt been usd off road then they are good, guessing it will be an auto, if so they eat brakes, which is nothing unusual for n auto, they have plenty power, and it will probably have air suspension, good comfy car for the motorway, if any advice is needed about them i would recommend crow engineering, very good landie place jeeps are good, cant really fault the ones we get in, they can put up with abuse, most parts are unavailable from motor factors thou but with the exception of a rear diff, and an alt i dont think we have had many probs with them, they seem to be etting more popular, we have a y plate for sale atm, apart from the stupid price on it its like a x5 inside, all leather, all the toys and good looking too in dark metalic blue
  15. going by the last pic you see 2 white sheets, that doesnt look like people survived
  16. hopefully next time i am up agianst you i will actually be in the same 1/4 mile as you, you left me for dead at jtuner
  17. a magic tree only cost a pound what do you think i am talking about?
  18. going by the stuff we get in the work, incluing a lot of farm vehicals i would say a shogun or trooper STAY AWAY from any landies, pi$$ poor build and spend more time in the garage than on the road, and when the get a few years old the chassis will rust pretty bad, along with the front suspension cones, the heaters are a waste of time in the 90/110 range rovers are nice, but again old ones rust, the upper tailgates rust badly and buckle then dont lock, bonnets rust through, propshafts eat the u/j's like nobodys buisness and they brake pretty easy troopers go on forever, seen them in all states and they can be complete wrecks but will always start and run(also the vauxhall montery cause its a trooper is quite good) shoguns i think are good, has all the toys normally, and dont need welded every year and can put up with a lot of abuse, downside being if you need to buy parts from mitsi, jeeps are good to, not sure about the looks of them, as most come in green, but they are nice in blue....turbo diesel engine is an old design, but they all seen to work well, we have replaced a couple of rear diffs thou crvs are good, but they eat props, and look a bit odd iho freelanders have a k sieries engine if you go for a petrol.....enough said i think sang yong or however its spelt... good merc engine and box in the older ones, but again a soft car, and most bits have to come from dealers and cost a fortune, not sure about the new ones think thats most covered
  19. good day to you shep, now you know what you need in that car dont you... its a good car, very nice road manners and a better plate than the one that was on it
  20. i aint in glasgow, but at that price.....who cares, i can have a fun drive down for the stuff
  21. next mod will be a clutch, as for carbon i am trying to sort out a roof and spoiler, as soon as the guy sorts a date for me to measure up etc, dont know about power mods, probably headers and a fmic, then a bigger turbo and remap, but that will be a while off
  22. my mate shep just stuck an sfterburner on his sport...what a diff with only a back box highly recommended, easy to fit, anyone can do it i also run the afterburner rear box
  23. how much grant? might take a drive up on sat?
  24. my worst launch was probably the 7k one, but it was fun when all four wheels broke traction, 4.5k aint enough for my car, it bogs down at that, and gregs(bugeye sti) still bogs down at 5 with the launch control iqy it was me with the carbon.....and no graphics this week, thats maybe what made me quicker, weight saving with the vinyl grant when you are up and running i will take the cam corder, get some footage of you leaving me for dead
