hello people, for those of you who won't be attending this evenings meeting here is an update on yorkhill.i phoned today and the 12th of december has been confirmed as the day for delivery of presents. some presents will be given by scooby santa to ward 5a which is the cardiolligy ward,any other presents will be stored by the staff until christmas day. however the number of cars allowed into the grounds will have to be limited im afraid at the request of the staff,numbers yet unknown.if we have seven presents or 700 it won't matter to them,they are so gratefull that we have thought of them.i myself have collected almost £100 and i know grant and amy have a right few quid as well,not forgetting those who have contributed presents. lets put a big effort as we are running out of time. thank you to you all for your efforts. billyboy oh yeh scooby santa where are you?

I have just bought a 95 WRX wagon (Cheers Lee), but did used to have a UK 99 saloon (Hi Scott) which i sold to get a sensible passat estate (who says VW's are reliable?!?!?!). I was looking at newer wagons but Lees car was too much of a bargain (time will tell ) I don't plan on doing too much to the car (famous last words! ) as i already have a project, in the form of my 924S track day toy. ian vw's are not reliable.in work we have a mk5 tdi golf that has wrecked 2 engines in 1800 miles and it wasn't pilot error. billyboy terzo 160 Ian >>

people how about raising a few quid for the santa cruise and have a subaru scalextric racing nite.i will supply the track,cars, lap counter etc.i'll even buy a present for the winning driver.the only thing needed is someone to offer a big enough room to set up the track and enough space to hold everyone who attends.no serious stuff please just a good laff and money for yorkhill. names below please. billyboy wrc_no1 well wullie you did say you were game!!!!!!!!! while i agree that any car club is welcome to contribute to the santa cruise,yorkhill has limited car parkink space and a permenant way has to be left for ambulances to get to casualty.
