ahh good thinking bat man, i hadnt thought of that, will try that as soon as the car cools down a bit, so what do i do just let car cool, start car, check pressure, remove oil cap then re check pressure to see how much it falls?
does it look like a classic? me thinks so, so it falls into the catagory classic for me
Body kit 22B (subaru) engine 2.2 Block (subaru) gearbox standard casing (Subaru) considering the car only consists of a shell, engine and gearbox with a single seat inside i think its still made from subaru parts
double lolol ya cheeky Bast!!!!
never seen the pressure anywhere near 100LB up to today though John, almost sh@t myself when i first saw it, ok might i add that my guage only goes up to 100 and it was past that although only just maybe 110 max
so should i be worried?
on a cold start my oil pressure seems to be through the roof, its ideling at 90lb and sitting at over 100 through town 20 30 MHP took it for a run to get it fully up to temp, when fully warmed up its sitting at about 60 when ideling and 80/85 when on the move depending on revs etc
stopped to go into shop came out fired it up and was ideling at 40 then going up to 90 odd LB
any suggestions, im hoping its just a fooked guage or sender cable but im not very techie minded
