Not bad m8. Had a few health issues over the past month or so, pains in the chest, pins and needles down my arm Went for an ECG and they found an abnormal t-wave in my heart so referred me to cardiac specialist. Did another ECG on treadmill and he hit the roof with my results. Told me to stop smoking, drinking, eat healthier foods, lose weight LOL. Now on Bananas and apples for midmorning snack, alpen or shredded wheat for breakfast, a tesco healthy meal for lunch and stir fry or chicken and vegetables (skin removed) for dinner. Then celery for a nibble afterwards Oh and no beer either I am going to become a Nun
Going to weigh myself every week, last Friday I was 100Kg exactly (15 stone 10 pounds). Will go to woolies on saturday and see if I have lost anything. Oh and I am taking nightly walks as well for about an hour until I get fit enough to join a gym
