  5. Starting point of 217bhp for my import WRX my95. Man was I dissapointed. After discussing the rolling road I used on here some people sujested that the rolling road has a reputation of reading low. So im holding that thought for now to keep me happy lol Anyone know of a good rolling road near to chelmsford Essex ? Mark
  6. If it helps my local Esso station has just started selling millers at £2.99 a bottle.I dont know if they have all started doing it or not. And if you fill up when you get down to a 1/4 tank instead of empty you only require half a bottle of millers. And a word of warning read the instructions on any octane booster you try as some will kill cat-convertors. ps If anyone comes up with a remap for sensible money Id be up for two chips as it would save me having to buy octane booster all the time. and my best mate just got a wrx as well :0) so he needs one too. Mark
  7. Wish the damm boss had given me the day off, but alas they said no. Picks are just making me jealous Mark
  8. Having read the brief details on here, looks as though there is a possibility that an offence of Obtaining Property by Deception may have occured, this is a criminal offence and can be investigated by the police. Convincing your local police station to look at it will probably be difficult. But the very least they should do is take the full details of the company involved and pass them to the local force for that area as an inteligence report. If you dont have any joy with your local nick then a direct call to the force where the company is may be an idea. As if they get enough people complaining to them they might be able to do something.
  9. Thanks I will try the ones people have suggested. Its a my95 M Reg Import WRX 4 door
  10. Hi Everyone. I need to get hold of. 1. A spare oil drain plug. 2. A passenger side (next to the door) heater air vent. 3. A new Ignition switch (The switch with 3 wires at the back of the ignition barrel). And no 3 isnt because ive nicked a car the brushes seem to have partially worn out, which is stopping the turbo timer working. And my local Subaru garage keeps taking the details saying, that as its a import we have to get the part codes from the factory we will get back to you. And as usual they never do even though ive been pestering them. Any ideas for online stores that are good or dealers who mail order appreciated. Sorry for the long thread Mark.
  11. Cheers spot on I will get outside and do it.
  12. Chris Was about to post a thread to ask for how to get ECU fault codes. Any chance of a private mail or posting the instructions Thanks Mark.
  13. A mate of mine just had this on his Celica GT4 WRC. He had to go to nottingham to sort it out. It turned out to be a VSV sensor which was reducing the boost in all gears as opposed to just first and second like its meant to. Don't even know if scoobies have one but maybe worth finding out. Good Luck Mark.
