its been a few years since we organised one of these so just going to guage interest Date : 29th or 30th January 2010.................weekend after January meet. venue: To be decided dependent on interest Cost : usually 35 - 40 quid as we would need to book this in advance so we will see what the numbers are by the beginning of December and then decide what we are going to do. sorry to be vague but as this area tends to be quiet at times we are not prepared to stump up the deposit if the support is not going to be there. 1.
