  4. ones got 270 bhp and costs 20k the other has 420 and costs a lot more;) No comparison really (sorry for anyone expecting david to beat goliath!), porsche is extremely quick in a straight line (drove cars with bigger bhp but never felt as quick as this), quicker than my old sti/new wrx through the corners and rides better, and would you believe i can crack 30mpg out the porsche which i've never managed in recent scoobs! Not much use for buying loads of shopping though (is that a bad thing?), equals the scoob for tyre noise, and always have a fear if something goes wrong its going to be sore on my behind, although you can get a porsche warranty up to its 9 year old helps. 5. heres my wrx.. and my sensible car
  6. Thanks for kind words Got megs #80, m-seal then cg xxx hardcore wax on just now but going to get the works shortly with a couple of coats of bos;) Exhaust is nice but it ain't your old one! Had to purchase a whole 2nd hand but new ppp exhaust to get a rear cat removal resonated pipe, so kept the new one, polished your old one and winged it on ebay!
  7. Mine seems pretty good just now, not too loud but its now got the resonated rear cat replacement pipe and it definately made a difference, more of a burble from front end if that makes sense! cheers.

  10. pretty sure its him, can't remember the field but hes out there somewhere lol!!
  11. doh, didn't realise time involved. The wheel has come home from refurb but unkown to me they powder coated them so now the clear part where its laquered doesn't match the original 2:( Just thought i could get someone to skim the front and i would live with them being bare metal and keep on top of them with polish.
  12. hi mate thanks for the reply. Probably looking at cnc to turn the face and the lip (18x8 wheel) but the spokes curve inwards to create the room for the lip so can't manage it manually. I was thinking if some way to sort of trace the face with cnc machine and then a skim with a tip tool, only needs about 300-500 microns removed. Any tips appreciated.
  13. I'm needing the face of an alloy wheel turned/diamond cut and was wondering if anybody had any ideas of somewhere to get it done in the north(ish!). Doesn't need to be laquered or anything just machined. Any help greatly appreciated.
  14. looking good mark. Might have something you might be interested in too, for a bargain price Give me an email for more details!

  16. thought the way these were mentioned on here lots were using it?[]
  17. Anybody got these? I've been through the old posts and loads mention it but no ones actually quoted the geo settings. The ones that come with my prodrive springs are; front camber -1.00 (-1.00deg) per wheel front toe 0.03' (0.05deg) total toe in rear toe 0.03' (0.05deg) total toe in Thrust angle 0.00' (0.00deg) Thanks in advance.
