possibly the spring in the dv is too soft, i had same kind of problem, changed the dv to a different one and it was fine fuzzy

i put mine in to get the timing belt done, got a phone call from the garage saying the timing nelt tensioner was needing replaces aswell, told him just to do it, didnt think it would be that dear, im glad i was already sitting down when he told me it was £120 plus for the tensioner, yes scoobys r dear to run. fuzzy
