Ah damn, already booked into Kai Peroformance for wednesday £50 fitting a downpipe, not bad price i thought. And the guy seemed to know what he was talking about in the emails. One quick question though, do i need to buy a gasket or anything for the downpipe? Thanks

Hi, i need a garage in the maidstone or surrounding area to fit a downpipe and to setup my TPS sensor. I'm really looking for a garage that will carry out good quality work rather than cost cutting. I was thinking of Riverdale, anyone been there? ifso anygood? Thank You.

ohhh never knew about this company...... want to get my car sprayed back to show & shine condition maybe pure white with a small hint of pearl (so it only flips in the light slightly) if it can be done. Will be keeping this site in my favorites for the near future i think. Thanks

Black newage driving down plains avenue (maidstone) at about 2:30 this morning. I was walking, just finished work. Car sounded great, could hear it from a mile away lol.

The same car was parked next to us in rochester just the other day, kent scoobies stickers everywhere. Seemed weird seeing two white scoobys both with silver bonnets lol (we was the MY96 sport).

the only thing i can think of is, someone tried to steal it for there own car.... not the kind of thing a vandal would target really.

Today went to start my sti, and some c*** has smashed the plastic trim that goes over the front window wipers. Why do people do these things, my car was in almost perfect condition before this.... anyone know how much a new one will be? Thanks

Mine had a similar problem turned out to be the rear lights were leaking, had a garage fix them for £80...... 3mths later they leaked again. Took advice from members on here, brought some gutter sealent and they've been fine for about 2 years now.

haha everyoone tells me to sell her, but i just never can[] my plan is to put her in storage for the winter and see how things are in the spring. Probably will keep her and start becoming a frequent member at the ks meets.[][]

Going through my old paperwork last night and found the mot from when i first brought the car. The milage recorded was 74,024................ 5 years on my milage stands at 76,107. Need the heart to sell it i think, poor cars only done around 40-50,000 miles (most miles recorded are kilometers).

this should be interesting to find out what it is... as mine does the same thing and you cab definatly feel the car hold back when this whistle occurs... probably a air leak tbh

Had the same problem, turned out to be the drivershaft was knackered on the front driverside wheel. got a whole drive shaft (and some other bits attached) for £25 from Essex subaru breakers, although this was for a sport scooby. Good luck, hope you get it fixed soon

These people are exellent m8, just got a quote for front and rear windscreen (don't ask) and a drivers side driveshaft for a my96 sport for £175 will be definatly paying these a visit.

Yeh thats why i changed all my main coolent hoses to samco....................... still ended with the rad itself going [] can't win sometimes []

Hi m8, I have the rad top hose if you want it, the only problem is it has a defi temp sensor in the middle. It came from a MY95 so not sure if it will fit. It's your for nothing if you want to try it. Thanks.
