Tannan you should read the book I mentioned on the last page... It really helped me. I could never completely give up before but have now.

I'm on my 8th day of not smoking now. A good book to read that I found a huge help is 'Allen Carr's Easyway to stop smoking'. It really does make it easier to stop. (written by an ex 100 a day smoker so he knows his stuff) Went out last night and got completely drunk. Couldnt stop thinking about smoking but made it through the night. Only problem was I was drinking much faster than usual and cannot remember a thing after 10pm..... Although Im told I didnt smoke (although i was moaning about it all night apparantly!!) Still it was the first big pub night not smoking and I felt far better this morning than usual (no tight chest or coughing like usual) although the headache wasnt any better... I just cant wait till i dont have that longing for a cig in the pub.

Ive got Eibachs on my classic and they are absolutely fine, not too harsh at all.

I couldn't face cleaning mine again when I got to the show after 4 hrs on it Yesterday!!! I just wanted to relax!! Much respect to those who were there polishing again and entering the competition!!

I enjoyed myself, apart from the terrible sunburn I now have!!! Some lovely cars there and a great convoy on the way!!

Was certainly a good day. I'm burnt to a crisp though now!!
