    And as i said before in my post, if i have something to say i would say it myself [], like i always have done ( although i normally get moderated [] ) I am not Deani-age's keeper and he makes his own mind up as to what he says. First I knew about this was when i logged on this morning which I think is when everybody else found out about it. And yes he is my friend but I also consider every member of K/S as a friend [Y]

    Only problem with Nott Cutts is that it is not a eat all you want, which means you have to eat what you order and if you like to mix your food then it will become expensive [] But im happy to go with the flow Tony

    Vicky we are not asking everyone to but there own flag/banner just those who can afford it. I will be also collecting donations for other club items ie, little pop up marquee for SIDC events, flag poles, stuff like that. Those who buy there own banners are normallt the people who attend most events so that way the banners will be at the shows[Y] And im sure if they cannot attend a show they will pass the banner on to someone who is and it will still be shown I have also approched a few companies for sponsership too [] and am awaiting answers cheers Tony

    Just a few ideas on venues then. 1. Nott ~Cutts - right next to the pub 2. NC rev - In Gravesend town center ( each what you want and help yourself ) 3. China China - Gravesend again ,eat as much as you want but your served 4. Chatham high street cant remember the name I have tried them all and they are all great, although the NC Rev one has a private function room and maybe we could book this ??? cheers Tony

    Ian, who is JohnD?? I think that it is unfair to other members for him to hold the extra places for people who have not confirmed. I think in the interest of fair play we should open up the last few spots on the running list. What do you think?? Tony

    Yes I have been online throughout the day as as for making a comment about this thread i am not to sure what I think. All I know is that there are members within the club who seem to have nothing better to do than bitch about things and then there are the few members who actually want to make the club work. As for running the club both myself and Pele spend alot of time and effort to make things happen and for 90% of the time everybody is happy and nothing is said but then when for the odd 10% something does go wrong or its not what certain members want then we get comments etc that are not needed. As a club we should be pulling our resources together and making it work but in my eyes there are members who dont want to be "part" of the club, but are also not willing to part company. Also the comment about us putting Dean up to starting this thread is bang out of order as I am quite happy to speak my mind on here anytime although i am the first to be moderated when I do. Dean is a grown man who is much more intelligent than most people on here including me and if this is his opinion he is entitiled to it. I think as a club member each and everyone of us needs to think about whats best for the club and stop all the back stabbing and just get on with making the club the best it can be.[] Tony

    Best just to go over and enjoy yourself i think, although early spring may not be the best time to do the ring for the first time [] with it being wet and slippery [] maybe you should wait untill the weather is a little better just in case something happens. The ring does not forgive those who are not ready and many people who attempt it when the weather is not great have mishaps. I for one am looking at going nest summer so maybe we could get the club together for a RING TRIP ????

    No one then [] as stated before we dont have the same sort of backing as the ESC who seem to have an abundance of supporters and funds Unless we can get some more sponsers we will have to part with our own money [][] People have moaned about the fact we dont have club stuff yet there has been no response from them at all I will be buying some bits and i hope there may be some more interest within the club too I know it means we have to part with money but as pointed out we will then look like a club when we go to the sidc meets etc, and if we plan it right we can get parked up together and really put on a show !!!!!!!! tony

    Glad you have it back and although its a hard route dont give up on the car, remember that its the people working on it who did not have the expierience with a Subaru who have made it feel like a waste a time Gve it a little more time and you will be out with us again [] see you soon Tony
