Blocked script - does not work.

Love the one of the jet!

Sorted and nothing to worry about for another year! Also, most changes cause no issues - even when I get it fitted with an Apexi and mapped, there will be no premium increase, possibly just an excess increase.
What a relief. Also, its' the cheapest Impreza insurance I've ever had, even when I had my standard WRX, with several years' no claims and no accidents.

Bargain but not met reserve yet - the best looking seats IMHO and virtually brand new. Great for a WRX or a Hawkeye STI.

The pics are great - I really need to get some good pics of my car (and a decent camera too).

Is that not awkward to drive like that [

Another recommendation for Gary Moulsen @ Keith Michaels Insurance. After a slightly "awkward" modification related call to Elephant on Saturday, let's say I needed insurance pronto. Spoke to Gary via Scoobynet on Friday night and called him today.
I have been with Elephant/Admiral group for years on many cars and they have NEVER been beaten, or even close until now. Gary Moulsen managed to insure a JDM WRX STI, with ZERO years no claims, 2 accidents and all my modifications including boost controller, FSE power valve, fuel pump, fuel cut defencer, wheels, etc (and he actually knew what I was talking about a rare experience[
]) for £150 less than Elephant, with no worries over future mods. I should add that Elephants quote was way less than everyone else. Performance Direct and A Plan could not beat it, Privilege needed 4 years NCB and Greenlight could not beat the quote either.
Fantastic - roll on the mods I say [
] But I'll be keeping it standard looking (SPOOKS!!).
100% recommended.

Cheers all,
As I expected - the stickers will 100% be staying - they are unique and I like that reflection of Japanese culture.
POLL CLOSED lol [

It would seem in keeping with the other Impreza's of the period, and the fact the wheels are both 15" and Speedlines, that they would be an option. I like those wheels more than the original STI V.1 wheels and , bizarrely, they suit the car.

Grant - do you have ANY pictures of STI version 1's or the original wheels which came with it - or even Japanese reviews? Cannot find the info anywhere. [

-
Grant - what about a nice Turbo 2000 sticker? [
]
-
Got you - no to both then - I do like the Jap graphics - unless I hear otherwise they will be staying!

Someone suggested I should "un-jap" the back of the car, and maybe just fit either a new red STI badge or a single chrome Impreza badge - I quite like it as original- but what do you think?
Current:
Cleaned Up:
ALSO - if I remove the blanking covers under the vents to the left and right of the bonnet, will this make any difference or cause any issues???
Seen here:
I detango'd the car today too:
Before:
After:
Fitted a Radiator slam panel today (hard to see under the front grille):
Thanks in advance for your opinions.

Imy,
Thanks very much - I sound like Darth Vader at the moment - or Stephen Hawking. I'll get it from Rosie.

Great - got a good taster of the day - thanks.

Yes - well done Spooks and Rosie - it is often forgotten the effort, stress, worry and jip that they have to take in organising stuff. I wish I could have been there.

I thought I saw it on the road the other day as well - must have been my imagination! Still at the same ridiculous price? And is the Prodrive splitter cracked?
The Prodrive springs were less than £200 plus fitting - they cost me £330 all in - fitted, and them Prodrive geometry set-up by A F Nobles, Subaru - the Eibach's were about £160 odds I think - about £30 quid difference and not worth it if they rattle.
If you're looking for a Walbro pump Russell has a nice new one in stock lol [
