all the other cars seem standard and this guy has spent more than a few quid gettin a golf up to that spec, if its real anyway! i would wanna see that put against everything else on the track after it had 10 or 20 grand spent on it, i think the golf would be last somehow

Hi all Just came across a couple of skyline videos and thought you guys might like em, i know we love scoobs but the noise the car makes is awesome and the take off is pretty quick! and the site does have a wrx with 600bhp doing 309kmh. Anyway there is a bit of bad language in one of the vids so not sure if i should post it. can anyone let me know if its allowed or not? its the f word by the way. Cheers

Hi All Does anyone know where i can get some standard 93 wrx import (if they are different from UK ones cause i dont know!) sideskirts from? and if they are already sprayed scooby silver, even better! Oh and im after a nice boot spoiler, thinking maybe the standard one from the new shape scoobs, also in silver would be lovely Cheers

oh no not good at all. i though that kind of thing was like a gradual noise and got worse over time not just happened one day. correct me if im wrong, which i probably am lol!

just wondering if anyone knows what the fault with mine could be? it only makes this really bad knocking noise from around cylinder 4 when you rev engine to about 2500 its doesnt make the noise on idle or above 2500

Hi all Well where do i begin, ive been having lots of problems since i bought my scoob as some of you may know from the amount of questions ive asked you all. I bought the car a few months ago and ive spent way too much already fixing what was wrong with it. Now my 93 wrx import has developed a new engine noise, on top of its original rattly noise (which ive been told is the heat shield) it now has a very bad horrible clattery noise coming from the left side of the engine block, which makes itself known when you rev the engine. its one of those noises that everytime your hear makes you flinch cause it sounds like an engine in pain. Anyone got any ideas as to what it might be? is it something like big end gone? There were no signs of this goin wrong, no blue smoke or smoke at all really, car has full tank of super with octane booster, ive only ever run it on optimax or super with octance boost. the thing that really annoys me is ive spent a fortune on this car, the guy i bought it from appears to have just raked the hell out of it. Just the other day i spent £400 getting it through the MOT and now ive got this awful engine noise which sounds expensive. any help, advice, suggestions appreciated Bazzza

hi m8, just worked out what those holes are for, to push the disc off! they are both coming off like a treat now. cheers for your help though

Hi Everyone Im trying to change the front discs on my 93 wrx but i cant get the old ones off. does anyone know of a way of getting them off? It doesnt seem to matter what i do to the disc it just wont come off. Ive taken off the caliper but the disc wont budge. There is also some kind of shield on the back of the disc which i also cant work out how to get out of the way to expose all of the back of the disc. Please can someone help me im trying to change them today and not having a good time Cheers

hi all out there ive got a weird rattling noise coming from the n/s/f of my 93 wrx import. it only seems to happen when your not putting your foot on the gas, so just idling along in like fourth upwards. im wondering if its that exhaust shield thing ive heard people talking about. if it is, is it easy to fix myself cause the noise really gets on my nerves when you havnt got the stereo on thanks

Hi Everyone Being a newbie i need a little more help again Ive got a 93 wrx import and i need some new front discs for it. Can anyone please tell me what size etc ones i need and also a supplier as ive been quoted £130 for EBC discs and i think i would rather stick with the standard ones, if the price is better! Thanks All Forgot to say need front ones. DOH!
