  1. << Still NOTHING... >> Please email us with your details. I would like to check that you have supplied us with the correct address etc. Please also include the transaction number (if applicable), full name and postcode. Thanks, Jon Chris, yours was despatched on Tuesday.
  2. << I have friends up for the weekend so I'll have to give it a miss. Russell (NOT Boyakasha's homie...................AND DEFINITELY NOT HIS BI*CH!) >> And theres me now leaving for a 10 hour drive just to come and see you
  3. << I'll be home for this one Might pop in by just to say hello to Grant and Davie-boy! Russell >> I've been invited to stay at Pete's around the time of this. If I make it to his, I'll come along and say hello too.
  4. << If you really want the ultimate, then you need to look at AP Racing kits IMHO. Stefan >> It seems to be the case.
  5. << Says Who? Plenty of Scoobs using 4 pots for the rear! >> What do you call plenty? Are you talking road car or rally car? IMO, it's a bit of an overkill on a road car. I would almost say as much for an occasional tarmac track car. They do look good though Are these brakes sold?
  6. All those who have Scooby Magazine issue 5 will know the question and the answer. You can now enter online instead of tearing up your favourite magazine (expect Playb...) Visit The Scooby Magazine website to enter. Please don't post the question or the answer on the boards. ---- Jon
  7. << Sorry to hear about your problems mate, but that's exactly why I posted this. Nothing better than a recommendation from a happy customer (or a warning from an un-happy one). What are the company called now, so no-one else gets caught out ?? >> The company was called Aspen (liquidated now) but they are mainly in the Norfolk/Suffolk area in England.
  8. After the hassle we had with our conservatory, I would only ever recommend that any one use a company who can be vouched for by someone else. We thought the company we had were going to be fine as they were big and had been around for a while - not the case. They actually tried to make it 3 feet smaller than it was supposed to be, plus the job was continually having delays and problems. I was gutted at the time, but we've had to fix some of the problems ourselves as they have gone 'bankrupt' and funnily enough now exist as a different company.
  9. << Has anybody got Galfer brakes saw them @ Leda when I was down earlier in the year and they swear buy them. >> You would swear by them if you were one of the UK main dealers for them
  10. << Guys forgot to say that whatever Russell charges ( which is much cheapness) you'll need to add £2.99 to the total cos he wont go near your car until he gets a Big Mac down his hatch >> LMAO. Russell, you should have said something while I was there - We could have wiped out MDs between us!
  11. It was great to meet those that went. A great attendance considering many of the sessions down south on average get a 60% turnout (unless Pele organises it). Thanks for making me feel welcome. I hope to see you all again soon Jon
  12. You don't necessarily need to slacken it off. If it does require it, then the adjuster is just behind the handbrake lever. You'll have to unscrew the surround. What are you putting on the back? If you go too serious, then you may benefit from fitting a bias valve.
  13. It was good to see you guys and to meet some new faces. The journey home wasn't too bad, although I'm still defrosting! Thanks for your help and hospitality Russell.
  14. me too
  15. I've emailed WUZ for you.
  16. I know there is one in Glasgow but they ripped my friend off (by taking his money and not sending the goods) so I wouldn't recommend them. The only one I know of is Grade A Subaru Breakers
  17. << AndyF is your man for now (I've got some DATALOGIT SOFTWARE coming in Feb, hopefully!) Russell >> You big kid. (I've got mine Expect to pay import duty on it too isgust BTW Neil, probably a safer bet to run to Edingburgh with your original ECU and swap it when you get there. It's only a 5 minute job. and It'll save you a good bit on fuel and OB costs.
  18. Just letting all those who ordered Scooby Magazine know, it is on it's way to you. It'll probably take a couple of days to get that far north. It takes three days to arrive locally sometimes. Anybody wishing to drive 400 miles to collect it is welcome (proof required ). The kettle is ALWAYS on.
  19. We've managed to squeeze in the Power Engineering Rolling Road session into Scooby Magazine. For (nearly) all those who subscribe, it's already in the post. Expect it on your doorstep any time soon. For those who don't, you can get from our stockists (see here) from January 25th. Newsagents and numerous Shell stations will be selling it from February 9th. Jon.
  20. Somebody must have. Those with the Samco replacements are a sure bet.
  21. << AHA! - so that is where you kept hiding.........NICE Russell >> One of many places
  22. I hope you didn't eat too much! My first Christmas at home in 6 years! No more doing silly jobs on Christmas day, and having to avoid WUZ by hiding on top of cement units and all that. I miss listening to everybody else whinging though Be careful those of you who are unfortunate enough to be out there still. Jon
