Flat out in reverse then slammed into first was always good for wheelies! Remember it failed its first MOT because it was rotten?! Been sat there ever since, that was over 15 years ago!
Went for a blast today upto Glenshee, while flying along the big straight before ski slopes I spotted a Jag XK-R in a layby with different wheels which i thought was unusual so turned round and pulled up quite close to him.
Noticed it was LHD and had a camera on the roof so got camera out at which point he took off like his pants were on fire! you can see a big white box thing on the dash like a reciever of some sort.
Further back down the road I spotted a S-type with same white box on dash was also LHD, so spun round and parked behind him! Its looks pretty standard but I dont think the wide wheelarches are normal especially where they meet the front bumper. He took off like a maddy when he saw the camera too
Heres a another couple of random pics from today-
One of these actual Subaru Sumo's used to be my works van when I was an apprentice !
Blackwater Inn, waste of a really nice building been empty for years-
This lives near me in Perth, driven by a 40+ bit of all right she's not shy!

Been chucking out loads of old magazines, had a last look through a few and this fell out a mag I brought back from Australia in 2001. Another limited edition Scoob! just a WRX with yellow paint and some decals as far as I can see, never heard of an Evo Impreza before!
Great vid grant, you even managed to get my sounds effects in!! hitting the puddle actually edited out me saying the F word[]
Is that the camera strap flapping about in first rearward shot or is the camera distorting with the G-force of the squirrel machine?!
Had a trawl through Barryboys.com earlier and picked out a few crackers! Enjoy-
This actually looks great from the front, pity about the big erse-
My favourite!-
Thought I would include this too, theres a calibra under there somewhere!
Who in there right mind would wreck a new ST by fitting blue flaps and a daft wing that obstructs the tailights?!

Gave the car a wash yesterday first time since the run and what a mess:(
Have hundreds of stone chips, some are huge even the painted wedges in the bumper are nearly orange again! Subaru paint work is pretty thin and to make matters worse the bumper is black underneath the tiny covering of white paint![:@]
I got a crazy reading at star performance years ago of just over 300bhp from my old uk96 wagon, got the printout somewhere.
Only mods were Fuel pump, regulator, complete de-cat, induction kit, running 17psi of boost and thats it!

Was the Sport scoob silver with a big wing? it passed me in tesco's car park and i thought it sounded different!
Also big respect to Monty who managed to stay with the unhinged group all day while driving a diesel!!
Stick a knocklink in your Type r and you'll soon see its better to use V-power and Octane booster all the time. Without the booster you cant give it any amount of welly without detonation. Unless yours has been re-mapped.

What a great day,big thanks to Imy and Grunt for the route. Good to see all the old faces.
The unhinged group was as mad as ever, glad i managed to keep up in my 'standard' car although I did have one spin and a huge airborne moment!
Best moment of the day was going airborne over glenshee with a VW Lupo coming towards me waving like mad, turns out the driver was my mate (markymark on here) and his wife, the mate that i bought the subaru off of a month ago!!
Only took a couple of pics as it was too bloody cold!
A wee prayer before we set off
