  1. Err - what Moroso sump??? Never had one, never will.
  2. Got to remember that the good old days seem to be gone now, not happy about it but us hardcore track day-ers still continue to go ( that was actually my 29th track day at Knockhill and my 74th track day in total) but I feel that a lot of the casual goers were not interested in this one due to the time of the year.... And the fact that there was still snow on and around the track on Thursday night. I know I had fun as did Ali, can't wait for the next one! Russell
  3. I am quite pleased with how she ran tbh, standard apart from suspension and an exhaust.
  4. Course it was........... you know who cut it and not a set of tin snips in sight
  5. Only other time I am down your way is for the TrackScotland Knockhill track evening on the 4th of July (Wednesday)? Any use? Russell
  6. "ain't no replacement for displacement" Russell
  7. I've fitted over 15 sets of defi's to Scoobs and NEVER stripped the threads on the Block when removing the blanking plug or refiting the Brass adaptor plug. WORST CASE - you'll use a cheap Allen Key and round the hex hole on the blanking plug.................. then fit the sandwich plate. TRUST ME - YOU'LL NOT HAVE AN ISSUE. In fact - if you want to wait until I get home, bring the car to Ingleston on the 1st of July (we're having a sprint event there, your welcome to watch) and I'll loosen the blanking plug and fit the adaptor with the Oil sensor in there...... FOR NOTHING!!!! Would that help/inspire you? Russell
  8. As Ciaran says - it will be fine if you use the right tools. Best to read temp above Cyl#3 as it is the hottest point for the Oil so you can see what's happening temp wise and monitor your oils condition better.
  9. All Scoobs run a 10mm Brake Flare nut
  10. I think your one came of a certain P1
  11. So, is the SDM Gearbox cradle ready to ship out or did you receive a test item to check?
  12. Good to see you guys going from strength to strength Grant, Merry Xmas to you and the guys too! Russell
