also would i need to do an ecu reset after fitting of the new sensor ?

i have bought a lucas universal 3 wire lambda sensor for a 1998 uk turbo,it has 1 black wire and 2 white wires,the same as on the cars connector loom,but what i wanted to know is,does each one of the white wires on the lambda sensor correspond to any particular white wire on the cars conntor loom ?

no unfortuantly have not got a boost gauge,just feels as it is down on power

Hi all,just wanted to pick your brains as i am new to scooby ownership.About a month ago i purchased an my98 uk turbo with a H & S fully decated exhaust from the turbo back and an itg panel filter allready fitted.I thought it would be a good idea to carry out an ecu reset on it,just to make sure it was running properly with the above mentioned mods.The ecu reset brought up a fault with the oxygen (lambda) sensor,and after further investigation,i found that the lambda sensor was not even electrically connected,so i re-connected it and performed another ecu reset,the fault has now cleared,but ever since then i have noticed a considerable loss of power,the turbo still kicks in at around 3000rpm,but doesn't feel anywhere near as fierce as before,and so it just doesn't feel as it is pulling as fast through the gears etc,could anyone please help !!!!!!!

I have just performed an ecu reset,which has brought up the fault code for the oxygen sensor,my car is a 1998 uk turbo,fitted with an itg panel filter,and a full haywood & scott de-catted exhaust from turbo back,would this fault be quite normal with the above mods,or is this something i need to worry about ?.any advice would be very much apreciated.

How do you perform an ecu reset,is it a diy job or does it have to be done at a garage.also where is the ecu within the car,i have a my98 uk turbo.

I have heard that turbo timers will work properly in conjunction with some makes and models of alarm/immobilisers,anyone know what they are,i have a Toad Ai606 system,any help would be very grateful

I HAVE AN MY99 V PLATE UK IMPREZA,AND HAVE JUST BOUGHT AND INSTALLED ABOVE SAID ITEM,BUT CANNOT GET IT TO WORK IN CONJUCTION WITH THE FACTORY FIT ALARM AND IMMOBILIZER,COULD ANYONE OFFER ANY ADVICE
