not gonna say where i was/am...not that im paranoid. does the Manx symbol on the plates have a red background?. i dont think it had graphics on...not too sure about the wheels.

Im on the Mainland by the way. on a couple of occasions this week I have seen a green bugeye, with Manx plates on my way work in the morning and then again this evening on the way home. anyone know who it is?.....
