  1. Tinted windows, you want to drive a van then?

    Reckon silver wheels is  best

Front splitter needs to be coloured same as the rest of the car, if you are going to stick with the splitter then you need a V5 rear spoiler.

My view is that the car was gorgeous as it was, one fine original classic (not many off them around) want to turn the car into  a p1 wanabee. why not buy one

    Good luck

    Hello m8

I like the car lots but as mat said Subaru cant finish a bumper off they just dont no how two and i think the best splitter out there is the p1.

Lets just face it its 2 bolts and its off tints on the windows i was going to do but i dont think i am going to do it now.

I have a kit and have done them before but as my wife said i have kids and they mite try to pick it off.

the alloys are going to stay silver but i will be going for 17/18" i have found a place that do alloys that are similar to the ones on the car but bigger.

I am just trying to put my stamp on the car its gone in today to have some paint work done.

so the splitter will be done with the fog lights and i have taken off the bonnet vent as it looked Sh**.

Its going to be painted but i dont think i will fit it.

  2. get a dump valve fitted and check them wheel sizes as they don't look right and as tannan said if your running a 17" front and 16" back you will knacker the gearbox or diff may be both

and a gearbox rebuild is not cheap well not when you have to pay twice for it as the first one was built wrong but i will say no more on that[:@] just make sure that they fit the cir-clips when they build it as it will go bang with in 5 days because the selector will fall out which then brakes the gear cogs

spot on kip and i no what you mean about the work man ship you have to shop around now days to find some one that will not rip you off its a same.

they are out there i have got some one now where my car is looked after not trashed

  3. My car is going into the body shop to have the p1 splitter painted and fog light covers bonnet vent and a bit more.

Next week its having tinted windows done and i want your views on whether i should paint the alloys black or not.

i have also just put all the crystals on

    tannan,

WANT YOUR CAR IN A FILM?

Hi everyone, for those of you that came down last year to Brighton for the filming you'll know the jist of it. For everyone else, basically they're doing a film in Brighton about the cruise scene for cinema release next year and you can be part of the cruise scene and get in it!I've just been given the schedule for filming. We'll need up to 100 background cars for a cruise scene on Madeira Drive, so you can bring your mates too.

    The dates required are.....

    Sunday 15th October

    Friday 20th October

    Monday 23rd October

Can you post up on the CCW board and let us know if you're 100% coming and how many other cars you're bring with you.

This will then be checked by Dan from UJC.

  6. Re-map on a classic could come in pricey. Why would it need it? Sorry to Hijack Antz just wondering why remap is essential!

Right where do i start when you put eqaul length headers on a car you get a better gas flow and turbo spool up.

you will with this run lean at top end and det as the car will not have the fueling for the set up
