surely the capped thingy thats on the intercooler as standard sends the built up pressure back into the turbo and i quicker to respond again? where as with the noise machine, the pressure gets thrown out into the atmosphere and when you open the throttle again you have to wait for it to come back? does that make sense. no idea about the running lean chinanigans though

cheeky cheeky thomohawk its all relative. buy a cheaper older valve or a newer more expensive one. salesmanship as you say, alls fair, however im not giving it the full rhubarb crumble on the price without being asked.

Andy I'll try and keep it short. I bought a black wrx from a garage in the east end of glasgow?? I bought it based on the fact that it MUST come with subaru uk warranty. or no deal. this was a dutch car. sure enough, 5 months in the big-end went! i tried to trade it in to arnold clark. the garage said, wheres the warranty book? you tell me. wheres the 1000 mile service? you tell me. I adopted a ruthless attitude with them until they managed to register it through subaru uk. Never heard anything else after that. they must have sorted out between them. But really- 1. get it registered uk (they can do it) 2. speak to a lawyer. cheaper potentially than a 3k 4k 5k bill for some engine rebuild.................... 3. track down arnold himself, hes always about and confront him Dont know what else to suggest, bt thats why now im mr warranty. only prodrive in my new sti! Crazy Im sure last night somewhere between helensborogh and arracher i got G FORCE SICKNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to double back to faslane and ask the navy to put me in a decompression chamber for half an hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Truly superb route complemented with suberb driving by JK,Matt and Swigg Thats the most fun ive ever had since they took the tag off my ankle

I posted the other day to sell my HKS valve. I bought it and a few days later decided that i wanted to become mister warranty. I advertised it for £250 which for a brand new valve should be a good price. Its boxed and sitting in my boot waiting to find any new shape impreza. Top of the range bit of kit for anyone that knows of someone or doesnt have one themselves? If anyone has any ideas failing that of what to do with it please let me know. I could do with the help

the subaru jackets ate quite expensive. So a fleece would be excellent for everyone to wear at Knockhill on a nice summers day, and maybe a bit cheaper?
