Forge it with pistons and rods. Drop a bolt on t or similar turbo. Bigger injector and fpr. Remap. Jobs a good one. -

Good point Archie. But sometimes it's difficult to get a engine builder to do what you like as they have their ideas too. Where as when you are DIY you do as you please and want.

Did you go front mount. I had a Owen Dev 400 turbo and went really well,iirc 1 ran mid 12s with it.

Agree with archie here. For 600+ you'll need twin pumps and swirl pot if using for tracks. It would be foolish to skimp on that the now.

You should have got the wastegate with v band fitment rather than the 2bolt flange! Makes for easier installation.

Who is building the engine and what turbo are you finally going for. You are to be looking into fuel pump swirl pot set up too.

550 in a classic should see 10s with a good driver. A bad driver in the same car might do it in 13s.

I personally don't think Meercat can replicate the sound of a blitz. It seems the design of the backbox is unique to a blitz. Btw I'm friends with Meercat and support them 100%. But what sounds you get from Meercat is unique to them too.

Mid 500 to 600 but a billet 30 would be my option for a 2.1 build. Youll need a twin plater or a act clutch like Andy.
