News flash Cant realy move in the town now. There has been a bomb scare at the Bank Army choppers are in the sky as well as the police ones. The road through the town is now closed and I had to de tour through the back streets to get home. Every car coming into the town is being stopped. There are foregin folk everywhere and the police are pulling foregin plate cars and poeple who are wandering around with back packs.

If they are semi length they will sound like mine. Still has a flat four sound-not as much as theb std headers but not bad. If they are equal length they will sound more like a rally car-no flat 4 sound and more like a cosworth or Evo Worth fitting since your getting all the other goodies fitted too

All the cameras in the area are removed They are empty shells. Might be true for the reasons your saying Grant, but I heard it was so they didnt get vandalised

Want the proper picture? Shops are boarded up, businesss are shut for the week and are loosing out on a full weeks trading. Roads are closed round the town. My garden now has a 15 foot high security fence (homemade ) at the back of it. You cant post a letter Cant go for a walk up the feilds without being watched by the helicopter I have had to shift the Scooby and a customers scooby 15 miles to a safe garage. The neighbour has shifted his to Dundee!! House insurance has been altered to cover any "accidents" that happen to it. There are 6 helicopters, canny remember how many Police horses and 10,000 police men and women in the area. Me and Ally have to move out tomorrow to a friends house so we can make it to Allys mums funeral on wednesday because we were told it might not be possible to move in Auchterarder on Wednesday. The funeral might have problems getting from the church in Bridge of Allan to Falkirk due to G8 protestors and traffic and then we might not manage to get home on Wednesday night if there is trouble up here. Getting the idea now?? And dont even get me started on the poeple that are coming here to cause the trouble!!!

If your looking for good torque figures, then fit a set if you can afford them Your only looking at another hour to fit them. Just put a set on a customers wrx this week and they are a good wee boost Just remember to get new studs and a couple of rolls of heat wrap

If your using EBC pads and they are okay......then your driving too slow. A set of RED's only lasted 6 laps at KH and they were gone, totaly melted. They are middle of the road for everyday use. Pagid or Mintex semm to be the way to go. They are a prefered choice in the grpn rally world, so thats enough of a reputation for me to use them on

Hi there matey The up pipe is the section from the headers to the turbo. Most folk change the up pipe AND the headers at the same time to improve torque figures. Having never changed the pipe on its own I wouldnt like to quote figures on it. Its also a wee bit of a job to change it as the down pipe and headers need to come off. If your going to be de cating the wr1 then I take it your re mapping it at the same time also?

So, the Buggy didnt sell!! Two weeks in the Auto Trader, three weeks on the net and SIDC and Scoobynet too. Not a sniff what so ever Was I asking too much at just under 15K? I guess it means I will have to push her to the "Next stage" Shes allready got a new rear wing more gauges and Monitors fitted and Im thinking of going for an Andy F special...getting rid of the SR30 and going for the 20g ,remapped and a few other changes to the induction pipe work for the front mount, etc,etc and go for a round figure of 400 ponies Been searching for a few cosmetic bits too Hunting down one of those Rally lighting pods for the nose of the beatch. Might reduce to 18" rims too and wack a set of AP's under them. Just set the limits around the moon and use it as a promotional car Thats the plan anyway. What do you think??
