the rear diffuser looks different to the standard item that is on the new cars, could be an aftermarket one from Revolution.
as for the rear bumper and side skirts, at first i thought Ocari but now i reckon it could just be bonded on winglets so to speak
going 40 or 45 will give you a nicer ride i.e you do not feel every little road imperfection that you do with 35's
i'd also stick with the 215's, if you start going wider without a wider wheel then you may get more movement in the tyre.
This video had to have it's own post just for the look on Clarksons face and the fact that he mentioned Squirrels []

Word of advice about these 350-400 fleabay great deals.......there have been afew people who have got these sort of deals only to find that the kit fitted like a bag of spanners and had to end up ba$tardising their front end. Am not saying you cannot get a good deal but make sure you do your homework. []
Going the tmic route myself i just wanted to try a differing route as opposed to joining the crowd and doing the fmic thingy. Anyway, should only be a a stopgap til i get my other masterplan in action!! []
Also like you say you are not chasing massive bhp so an uprated tmic will see you fine, unless you want a fmic so you can say you have one, when in theory you do not need it.
Ta Ta
I went the uprated TMIC route instead of the front mount as i did not want the pipework/ lag issues, the short amount of time i drove it (about 4 hours) b4 it going into hibernation it seemed pretty good. As Andyf mapped it he seemed happy as it was coping well with the power.
unsure about the size in inches but my STI had 225's, WRX's are on 215 IIRC, unsure about the classics, could be the same. with the new wheels i have got i am looking at now going up to around 245's.
To be honest i think you should stick with the standard thickness or are you somehow having trouble keeping traction []
if you are happy and used to 17's then stick with the BBS in that size.
what you will find with 18's is that it tramlines more and the ride firms up. Also depending on profile of tyre you need to keep a constant eye out for potholes as i found out to my annoyance when i shattered one doing 50mph.
Don't talk daft!!
18's are not too big for a classic, i had some on mine when i had it.
IIRC i had about a 3-5mm spacer on the front so the calipers would not foul the inside of the rim, whether you need that depends on the rim of course. If the supplier is any good then they should advise you on your needs.
