unfortunately, the installer for alpine over here isn't the best, ie he has set fire to cars on his forecourt, by the petrol pumps.

The dealer I spoke to is unsure of the Kenwood unit as not many details released yet.

From what I am told the Pioneer has the ability to also connect a multichanger & DAB receiver.

Anyone have one of these fitted? I am thinking of getting an IPod ready Pioneer head unit & was interested if anyone has experience of these.

First hillclimb of the year in Guernsey, taking camera as it is usually like the first day back at school. Drivers haven't used car for a few months and crashes are inevitable.

I will definately have one. I carry alot in my boot at times. Prodrive logo would be good.

I would thoroughly recomend either course. The escort for sideways fun, or impreza to be brutal with a car. The set out course is gravel on a concrete pad (very large) with road tyres on the car, therefore very slippy. When I was there Egg & Vauxhall were testing the latest BTCC cars on the run way, stopping every now and again to let planes land. So, rally car instuction, BTCC cars & Prodrive testing all in one area.

Went a couple of years ago. In the morning I had the Mk2 escort to throw around then the impreza in the afternoon. Alot of fun, but tiring. After the day was over Prodrive were there testing the latest Gp N Impreza with Toshihira Aria at the wheel, great to watch what can be done by the experts.

The new car has width increased to maximum under fia regs. 1800mm, that is 6 ft!!!!! Hope the lanes in Germany aren't too narrow.
