Cheers Pete, I'm just waiting on Prosport ringing me back with a price for a new clutch. Holdcroft have quoted me £300 but their labour is expensive. Have missed you all to, gutted I didn't have my car back for the March meet. Would you recommend having the cambelt tensioner changed when I have my cambelt changed? I believe they have a tendancy to leak on the P1.

Hi Rob - I'm thinking of getting a dump valve for my P1 - love the sound they make and I know I need to get the right one for my model - have you got any advice? I thought that once they were fitted, everything was ok? (Is that just wishful thinking?)

Hi Jackie - Welcome to CADS! I've had my P1 for 5 months now and there isn't a day that goes by where I don't look forward to driving it! As Paul said, if you look after it (allow it to warm up before you boot it and cool down before you turn the engine off, regular service 7,500 or 6mnths) you should be fine. I noticed the picture posted - was that from Graham Walker? I bought mine from there, and they've been great if I've ever needed to query anything with them.

Hi All, I am still alive. [] Haven't had any internet connection at home for sometime and this is the only chance I've had during work to log on! Hope you are all well? and welcome to all the new CADS members! Had an accident last week....OOPS! [] Wasn't my fault, someone cut across me from the slip road straight into the fast lane and hit the near side front wing of my blue baby! Quite luck I'm ok - 4WD kicking in and saving me from spinning around I reckon?! So my car is quite poorly at the moment, needing a new wing, alloy and bumper repair. Getting it fixed in couple of weeks, so I'm looking quite [:@] at the mo driving about in my dented P1!
