There is to be a memorial service for Richard at, St Lukes Church Sydney Street (oppersite the Royal Brompton Hospital) London At 11.00am on the 22nd December. A family member said, "This special service should be a celebration of Richard's life and those attending are encouraged to dress accordingly

Exit J13 M4 onto A34 for Newbury. (Chieveley Services, RG20 8) Chieveley Services - Newbury From the services, head towards the south, straight across the mini roundabout signed Donnington/Hotel. Left at next mini roundabout, (signposted Donnington) follow road till next mini roundabout. Follow B4494 towards Newbury, at Castle Pub on left turn left into Love Lane, Donnington. Castle Croft Home is the first left. (Love Lane, Donnington, RG14 2) Parking at top by school and on left in 2 parking areas.Parking precedence for Elf Wagon and Sleighs 1 and 2. Newbury - Henley Route TBC ??? B4009 to Wallingford.Then A4130 towards Nettlebed and Henley. Follow A4130 all the way into Henley Caution (GATSO in centre of Nettlebed (30MPH)) Carry on down the fairmile(A4130), careful of the speed camera (GATSO 30MPH) on the left go straight across 2 mini roundabouts Follow 1 way system keeping to the right hand lane At the lights on the bridge do a right up into the town centre Keep to the left at the next lights turn left Drive for 100 yards and at the lights do a right follow road (Grey?s Road) up the hill for half a mile and beware of the speed camera (GATSO 30MPH). At the mini roundabout go straight over and the home is 50 yards on the right. Signed Chiltern Resource centre. (Greys Road, Henley, RG9 1) All of the area down to the left can be used for parking.Again, parking precedence for Elf Wagon and Sleighs 1 and 2. Last stretch ? Henley to Grub at The Fox After leaving the home turn right follow the road all the way to the end. Turn left and follow to the end. Do a left and when you go down a steep hill with bends in it half way up the other side turn off right (signed Cane End, Gallowstree Common). At the cross roads go straight on about 2.5 miles and The Fox is on the left. it's thatch 1 approved so it will self immobilise. you will need to lock/unlock car i think after 30 secs from removing ignition key, or when the red alarm light is on continuously
