that sounds like higgy (simon) does it have moretts headlights too? his car is lovely! there have been loadsa scoobs out this week i keep spotting a mad white classic big bodykit and really loud?

brilliant looks like good fun my wee boy got a dirt bike for his xmas hes only 4 but it was really 4 his dad! see pic below its bigger than a midi moto! well my sunday was spent getting up late eating bacon rolls running bout daft getting kids ready, polishing the car and then meeting a few people from here for an afternoon bowling!! so all in all its been a great day!! even though two 4 year olds beat me at bowling sob sob

i have drained it as the water was a funny orange colour and while doing so removed the thermostat the rubber seal which goes around the edge of it is in pretty bad nick looks a bit melted and distorted with bits of seal-it stuck to it so im going to have to get one of them asap. i tried bleeding the air out as you said with the hoses but after a while i took it out for a drive with no difference then tried to get more air out this time only a little came out so i went for another drive still the same 1 last final try at it and still the same. could the thermostat have been my problem all along?

going to a mates tomorrow to let him inspect this further thanks for the help so far. les

i dont have any smoke out the back of my car just the norm im so hoping this is an airlock im off out to drain the system and start again will let yous know how i get on thanks for the help.

hi meant to say its a sport checked the wheel bearings they check out ok as are anti roll bar bushes. gear box pins are in place but have a little play. the track control arm feels to me that thats were its coming from could be wrong can feel the clunk when holding it but cant really feel any play in it. very confused.

its not been my day my car has developed a problem similar to this too no hot air when car is idling only when in motion but its not overheating temp gauge reads normal. but i have to top the water up every day no puddles on floor inside car or out son not matrix or radiator noticed a water mark though under the bonnet where the water has came out at some point from the bottle. ps my car is a 2.0 sport dont know if that makes any difference or if it still means its fecked any help would be great. cheers les.

when the car is stationary and you rock the steering back and foth there is a clunking noise. on inspection of the car undrerneath the track rod ends are fine as are the cv"s but the inner bearing of the driveshaft (next to gearbox) has a bit of play could this be the problem? or is there something else i should check? the noise is definately coming from this area of the car just cant put my finger on it. thanks les.

lol brian les said keys are on their way up!! your car was sounding and looking fantastic!! it was that good i have just went and picked up a new exhaust with a 5" tailpipe!! might be as loud as yours hopefully!! and drown out noise of the kids! glad to see you are all up for a good laugh cause i cant bowl but hey ill have a good go!!!

is anyone going to this show this year? thats where we saw your stand last year!! we have been asked to be on the fife cruisers stand this year so over the moon!! was just seeing if you guys were going too???? last years show was good and i got sunburn! and ripped off but thats another story lol
