About cameron_leask

  1. Some of the better photos from my camera yesterday morning http://www.leask.org/photos/kh20070310 Cameron Edit: Sorry, didn't get any decent ones of the subarus that were there []
  2. As per my reply in the same topic it's worth noting that the PM notifications are indeed working provided you turn them on - there are some settings available to you at the bottom of your inbox.
  3. Andy, that's the very place. If you choose to be notified of each post in that forum then you'll never miss a PM [] You may wish to experiment with the other setting to see which you prefer. Enjoy
  4. Andy Can you confirm that you've set your profile to alert you when you receive PMs? You need to go into your Inbox and make the appropriate selection in the options dropdowns (near the bottom of the page).
  5. There's nothing scentific about posting a bunch of swearwords into a forum post. It just wastes everybody's time, including yours. As per our forum guidelines at http://forums.sidc.co.uk/forums/606755/ShowPost.aspx: So I guess you could consider this to be a warning. Please don't do it again.
  6. Steveeee Two points 1. This is all done on a voluntary basis, therefore I don't think it's inappropriate that there might be a short delay in responding. 2. If it was life-or-death, I could understand your point, but let's be honest, it's just a picture. See point 1. Just my 2p.
  7. See http://forums.sidc.co.uk/forums/615012/ShowPost.aspx Thanks
  8. Johnny50 I recently used Steve Walker's Bodyshop in Bathgate to sort out some stuff on my Focus. Warmly recommended. I'll be taking my P1 there next time (for its annual stonechipped-spoiler respray[]) You can mention my name if you like, not sure what good it might do you!
  9. No, it won't glow or flash. But given that you will receive an email every time somebody PM's you, it shouldn't be too much hardship.
  10. Julian Yes - it's right. But the total could include "real" (human) guests and search engine spiders as well - given that all the URLs on the site are completely new it is reasonable to expect that the spiders might be "interested" in us at the moment. Nothing to worry about ;-) Cameron
  11. It shouldn't - we did test it extensively in Firefox. We are aware of one issue with text in the Message headings overlapping the banner ads at the top of threads - which will be fixed. This is only likely to be an issue at screen resolutions 1024x768 or smaller, or in situations where there are particularly long thread titles. If there are other issues with Firefox then please let us know how to recreate them. Cameron
  12. Probably just you...[] - seriously, the text size can be varied using the text sizing options in your browser - make sure your settings are set sensibly. Cameron
  13. Well spotted. Seems to only happen when you have longer thread titles etc; we missed that during our browser testing. will get fixed in due course - thanks
