  20. Last year i had a service done by Xtreme Scoobies, i have a big sump that takes 6.5 litres instead of the normal 4.5 and while i've never had any problems with them before it wasn't until about a week later that i checked the oil and noticed it was very low, had a check for leaks but there wasn't any so i topped the oil up with some that i already had got from the Oilman, phoned Xtreme and they insisted that they put in the full amount of oil but could i keep a check on it to see if it goes down again which it didn't, i didn't take this any further as i know mistakes can happen so just left it at that. As some of you know i had some work done on my car by Xtreme because of a broken nut in the chassis rail (my fault), went under the car today to check a few things and found the 2 nuts (in the pic below) had not been tightened onto the stud that goes into the diff housing as they were just screwed onto the end of the studs and this was done by them as they had to drop the diff down, i was able to tighten the nuts up and so once again i phoned Xtreme and naturally i got a apology but to me they didn't seem too bothered, as you can imagine i wasn't very happy about all this and it doesn't inspire confidence that they have done the rest of the job properly or will do on any other work but i don't think that will be a option as i don't feel i will be using them again.
