Just to keep everyone updated on this i did receive a letter from Xtreme today wholeheartedly apologising for the mistake, they are also going to look into improving their final check procedure to make sure nothing like this will happen again.
Thank you Knowlesy for taking the time to responed to this thread and contacting me by letter and i understand mistakes do happen which i accept but at this present moment in time i feel i will not be using Xtreme again or recommending them.
