  2. I think it did have. You can easily check by looking at the tag on it (Just to be on the safe side i'd check anyway incase someone has changed it)
  3. Very nice Imy. I hope Grant hasn't been teach you any bad driving habits [] I particularly like the Saltire in the background.
  4. Anybody know where i can get downloads of this??
  5. Nice pics. Whats happening here? Is that back wheel rubbing?
  6. works out at about 57p a litre here in Perth []
  7. was it blue?[:S] PMSL
  8. Some superb pics their Neil. Almost makes me feel homesick [] Hope everyone had a good day without incident.
  9. If thats not a wind up i know exactly what i'm saving my pennies (cents) for! And yes it would be in black (to match my liberty [])
  10. http://perth-wrx.com usually announces all the drift events in the area, so maybe worthwhile logging on there occasionally. I'm hoping to get up to the V8 supercars in a couple of weeks! http://www.v8supercar.com.au/calendars/cln...d=210&ind=M I heard the international show was a bit dire, apparently you could head over to Osborne park (Area of the city that has every car dealership) any day of the week and see it all.
  11. Just down the road from me and i fecking missed it due to being away with work. Sam noice pics Danno (Said in an Aussie accent) Where are you now?
  12. Having driven an 03 and an 06 back to back. I think the main difference is that it pulls from lower down. I assume this is down to more cc's and not gearing but it could be a mix of both. The difference is definately noticeable. It'd be interesting to see the dyno graphs for both cars. I felt the chassis was more nimble in the 06 but that might just be due to the diff bias allowing it to turn in quicker (i think the 06 is heavier than the 03). That was just on a 10 min run in both cars round a private road here in Perth.... I did ask if i could take both cars along to a track day this weekend to try them out but for some reason the salesman wasn't keen.... As for tech specs, sorry Matt no info here....the 03 was black and the 06 was blue if thats any help...
  13. Something else Scooby flavoured i reckon, but knowing me i'll change my mind a dozen times before then! [] Just been out in the car again and it's definately got grin factor.
  14. Davie, Versions usually refer to STI's. There are subtle differences between the various versions. I'm sure if you look on the main SIDC site it tells you some of the early model (classic) differences. Ian
  15. Not an Impreza this time (Needed to get a family car first) Bought a Subaru Liberty 3.0R B-Spec Wagon. A cheeky little run about with 240bhp and 220lbs/ft from a flat 6 boxer normally aspirated engine. For such a big car it handles and goes superbly (Shame about the brakes). No mods planned as i'm saving my pennies for my toy! Here are some pics of someones identical car....
  16. I've used camskill in the past and they have been quick to deliver and apparently the same parts as subaru use. http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?plid=m10b82s1178p1089
  17. Hope everyone is well and getting ready for the RB relay. I had my t-shirt on whilst driving around in my automatic corolla hire car last week i'm sure it made the car quicker.... There is a car show on in Perth Aus this weekend (I'm not there i'm in New Zealand) and was looking through some pics and saw this beast. http://www.matthewpoon.com/index.php?optio...;g2_itemId=1008 Allegedly it's from Singapore and he's going for the 1/4 mile record for a scoob. I'll post more details when i get them. Just look at that turbo []
  18. A work of art Wilky. I notice google ads at the side picked up on one of your mods [] http://www.turbonator.com/index.html?id=adWordsSubaru
  19. Nice results guys. Just shows what results can be had from some carefully planned mods. [H]
  20. Not done that one yet Andy. It's paddy's day over here now, so it'd be rude not to go for a few beers this afternoon so we might pop in.
  21. Hi Sharon, I'm not in Aus yet, still in New Zealand and the family are in Larbert! We all fly into Perth next week and then we can start settling. Hows the job? You fed up of moaning scoob drivers yet? Ian
  22. Thank f*ck i'm outta there! Good luck with the asbo's and the snow....i'll just worry about getting sunburned []
  23. Scott, How many miles have you done in the car since you bought it?? Remember Subaru replaced the box in it not long before you bought it from me (I don't know how that effects warranty claims!) Glad to see you enjoying the car still! Ian
  24. Cheers guys. I am now in Sydney and it's a lousy 34 degrees [H] How's the snow? I will be based in Perth (Not getting there until 24th March), but if anybody is going anywhere in Aus (or even New Zealeand) let me know as i'll be doing some travelling with work. As for buying a scoob....i already know where the dealerships in Melbourne and Perth are so watch this space! []
