I've got a tracker fitted to mine from a previous owner but its not registered, it would have cost me £100 a year for the tracker and then I checked my insurance and I was shocked to see it would go up. And I think it was a couple of hundred quid! Something seemed wrong there but I never looked it up.

I'm after an exedy clutch from Aztec performance they have some good deals. Just wondered they only say for a 5 speed box. Are they all the same from classic to new age? I've got a 2.0L 05 blob WRX

Yea I was thinking forged. I read they are a lot stronger than alloy.

Im after a new clutch as mine is slipping. I've found a good package from 'Aztec Performance' but I don't know what will be a better fly wheel, 'lightweight forged' or Super lightweight aluminium'? Can anyone help me? Thanks Craig.

Haha yea I agree with you both. And yes I would definitely recommend telling them everything. I've always told them about mods and anything else. This was the only thing I didn't mention and now look where it's got me! Ooops!

Its my birthday today and I've been getting emails through all day from Facebook messages, but then I got one from my insurance (admiral). The email said, "A check of your policy details against our system records has highlighted a discrepancy in the details you gave us. The information differs to that recorded on another policy with us or another company within the same group." So I wasnt sure what that could have been but next up came this. "We have included the omitted claim details." But I'd never made a claim through my insurance. And then came the birthday surprise. "As a result of this change a balance of £751.98 is due which we will shortly debit from the card details we hold on file." So a quick call to my insurance and they told me that I hadn't made a claim but I had an accident back in April 2010 while i was with 'elephant' and I didn't put it down on my policy. So the three years it should have been on, they have back dated which clocks up at £750. I suppose it is my fault but great timing! Thanks!

Just got back and today was great. A massive turn out with all sorts of cars! Great weather all day! And best of all Connor had a big smile on his face all day! I don't know if any of the organisers will see this but well done to you all, a really good day! I think everyone enjoyed it, especially Connor!

Cheers lads, il check VIN plate / door pillar tomorrow, too dark and wet now lol. It needs a little touch up, was looking at photos of it when I got it just over a year ago now and the front bumper was spotless. Now it's got white chips all over! Black shows every thing!

I'm looking at getting a 'chipex' kit but they have two different blacks for my year (05 WRX). You probably couldn't tell the difference but they have, graphite black 02/08 or obsidian black 04+ Can anybody confirm which colour is mine? Or tell me how I could find out? Thanks, Craig.

Ive been toying with the idea, was thinking of getting some 'Foliatec spray film' it's basically a spray paint that just peels off when dry. Was going to spray my original wheels and decide how it looks. Think the colour looks better if it's been lowered.

Ive just whipped my throttle body off and given it a clean with carb cleaner and ive taken it out for ten mins and seems to have stoped the revs raising. If its back on a better drive il let you know, but this was a cheap fix. And didn't take too long.
