might of read on my other post i was going to do a swap with a sti but due to the serious clunking i decided against it only on full lock slow though !!,, i seen the bloke today in his garage just up the road he waved so i drove in, guess what he has sorted the problem took it to subaru the drained to oil and sorted it now he wants to no if i still want to do a deal with mine and 2500k !! its a my05 blob uk spec sti 35k its done. do i put the money in taht and get bhp i yern for or 1500 to 1800 in mine thats done 62k to get the bhp i give 6k for mine at a garage that failed to give me the service history they promised.. my heads up my jacksy give me help lads !!!!!

my wrx was totally standard when i bought it 3 owners, i got it for 6k i traded my clio 182 54 reg and he give me 4600 for it top book price, took the exhaust off it for it went sold it for 200 is it was a yozza. gave him rest cash, so 1500 for me to upgrade is not a great deal plus i cant be bothered to search for a new car, change my private plate over. or mess with insurance, i like the idea of a wrx with that sort of power.. drove a sti was ok but not for me took fork the rest out for simple bhp gains..

sti intercooler or front mount?

simple wrx wolf in sheeps clothing. plus you will struggle to find a 03 sti for less than 9k to 10k to trade mine as well witha ppp my mods at the most will be 1400,

well have a full stainless with up pipe, k@n panel filter, walbro fuel pump, td05 turbo all on order, and i guess all need the pink sti injectors? then re-map at the end..

thanks i figured id play its safe with a td05 am only after 320 bhp so ideal really.. the boost controller just control the psi ? inside the car is that what it is... just getting used to all this.

got a td05 16g on order in place of td04..

whats the twin boost set up for high low power for on the andy forrest guide.. is it just a in car variable boost

got uprated pump, panel filter (k@n ) on order today. already have full system with up pipe, just the turbo to get do you recomend a vf34 or is there a better turbo td06 20g?? to get for more bhp if so what one as this is the last thing i need then re-map also do i need to get injectors as well done,, much regardo dave.

sounds like a good plan al get turbo fuel punp panel filter, then do remap cheers for advice very much appreciated

i mean will the car run ok as soon as i put it on,, il get the remap later for the bhp, or do you mean the car will not run cause of the bigger turbo.

turbo seems to be lagging and was thinking about the best turbo to get for my 03 wrx blob eye is the td05 the (sti) turbo and will i notice any power advance is there a beter turbo with more power what do you recommend cheers dave.

when i push down the power to the floor the turbo seems to kick in a little then a bit later kick in but is not instant like it used too, is the turbo on its way out ??

is the remap the last thing to do get all the things then the remap last i mean,, and all so will a wrx internals stand that sort of bhp thanks dave..

looking for maybe 300 bhp mark currently only have a full stainless and up pipe.. apart from that the car is standard..money i have to get there..

yes thats right above sorry bit new to impreza.. so with a remap bigger turbo will your bhp go up to above what you said?? cheers dave

MY05 blob eye sti uk dccd so do they all do that irt does not sound to good is there a reason for this??? i mean how do you explain this when you sell the motor on lol, really sounds un healthy on full lock slow.. fine straight power wise all there..

whats the worsed centre diff? may book it in to get all checked i think
